■Returns and Exchanges

  • Please be sure to check the product upon arrival.
  • Please note that we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.
  • If there are any defects or damage to the purchased product, we will accept returns or exchanges (the seller will bear the shipping costs required for returns and exchanges).

■Order Rush and Out-of-Stock Cancellations

  • When orders rush in, due to the payment system's nature, there may be cases where orders exceed the stock quantity.
  • If such a case occurs, we may cancel orders that were confirmed for payment after stock depletion.
  • In case of cancellation, we will contact you by email and refund the full payment amount.
