■Returns and Exchanges

 

  • Please be sure to check the product upon arrival.
  • Please note that we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.
  • If there are any defects or damage to the purchased product, we will accept returns or exchanges (shipping costs required for returns and exchanges will be borne by the seller).

  • Please contact the seller by email, phone, or inquiry form within 5 days after product arrival.
  • Please note that we cannot respond if the acceptance deadline has passed.

■Cancellation Due to Order Rush or Out of Stock

  • When orders rush in, due to the payment system's circumstances, there may be cases where orders exceed the stock quantity.
  • When such cases occur, we may cancel orders that were confirmed for payment after stock depletion.
  • In case of cancellation, we will contact you by email and refund the full payment amount.

Response to Orders Suspected of Being Fraudulent

  • If fraudulent use of credit cards is suspected, we will cancel your order.
  • If there are deficiencies in the delivery address or unclear points regarding the name, etc., we may contact you using the phone number or email address you provided. If we cannot reach you and cannot confirm your identity, your order will be automatically canceled.
  • We may cancel your order based on past order history.
  • If the email address used for ordering is a disposable address or otherwise deemed invalid by our company, we will cancel your order.
  • If our fraud detection system identifies an order as fraudulent, we will cancel your order.
  • If payment is made with a foreign-issued credit card, we may cancel the order related to such payment.
  • We may contact first-time customers or customers with high-value orders for confirmation after ordering.
  • If there are suspicious points in the order information, we may request identity verification of the orderer (phone verification, submission of identification documents, etc.).
  • If fraudulent orders are confirmed, we will submit all data collected at the time of ordering, including "IP address" and "access logs," to the police.
