■About Shipping Fees

• Shipping fees will be borne by the customer.
• Shipping fees vary by region. Please confirm on the checkout page.
• The detailed amount will be displayed during the purchase process.
• The shipping fee is per 1 destination per 1 package.

 

■About Delivery

• Products will be shipped from each seller.
• The shipping method will be specified by the seller, and in principle, customers cannot choose the method.
• In principle, we do not accept requests for specific delivery dates or time slots.
• Items will be shipped within 5 business days (our business days and the seller's business days) after the sales contract is established. Basically, delivery will take 3 to 10 days after shipment. (In the case of remote islands and abroad, it may take more days.) Please note that this may not apply in areas where natural disasters or large-scale events are taking place. Please understand this in advance.
• When packaging, we take sufficient care to ensure that the outer box is not scratched or dented during shipping preparation, but there is a possibility that damage may occur during transportation after handover to the delivery company due to some trouble during transport or the responsibility of the delivery company.
• We kindly ask for your understanding regarding scratches or dents on the outer box that do not affect the use of the main product.
